THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR APPLICATION PACKET

  1. Complete application form – answer all the questions & don’t forget to sign the application.
  2. A complete list of items to sell or promote, as required on the application. Include additional sheets as needed.
  3. Recent photos of your exhibit/booth (attach, photos will not be returned).
  4. Include promotional materials such as reference letters, promotional brochures, etc., as desired (optional).

 

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OR RETURNED

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All questions must be answered completely and accurately. The information you give us the sole representation of your business for the selection process.
  • If a contract is issued, fair management will assign the exhibit space upon receipt of payment. Special requests will be considered, but not guaranteed.
  • Applications are due ASAP with the non-refundable application fee.
  • Full payment is due at the time the contract is due.

 

Credit Card payments will be accepted on our secure site or in person only! If you would like to pay by check, checks should be made payable to the Sacramento County Fair. Please enclose your check for the amount due.

The Sacramento County Fair is seeking experienced operators with quality presentation; consideration will be given to those with unique items sale of certain items including but not limited to the following is prohibited: weapons, paraphernalia, provocative or suggestive items, graphic images that may offend a family-friendly audience.

Utility Requirements


If needed, a standard 110v/500w electrical outlet is provided per contracted space. Additional electrical may be available for an additional fee.

Insurance Requirements


Proof of Insurance to be sent with contract. Please check which form of insurance will cover you during the fair.

Each exhibitor must provide proof of general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000. Certificates of Insurance with required endorsements will be required with each contract. If a contract is issued, you will receive insurance requirements with additional insured verbiage.

Megan's Law Form Disclosure


One of the fundamental responsibilities of Cal Expo is to protect the public. The Sacramento County Fair, in cooperation with Cal Expo, has subsequently implemented a policy requiring that all persons conducting business with, employed by, or volunteering at the Fair during the course of the annual Sacramento County Fair shall provide the necessary personal information to enable their names to be searched through the Department of Justice’s Megan’s Law files. This file consists of records of individuals convicted of specified sex offenses who are required by Penal Code Section 290 to register as sex offenders.

Dear Vendor:

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Sacramento County Fair, Country Boots and Fair Roots”!  This year’s dates are May 22-26, 2025. We continue to grow the Fair and are pleased with many new and exciting things that we are incorporating in this year’s Fair! 

Our Fair is a family friendly event that brings families out early to enjoy vendors, entertainment and the safe atmosphere we create. The 2025 fair hours are 10am to 10pm Thursday thru Sunday and 10am to 7pm on Monday. The Commercial Building will be open all hours of the fair for extended selling opportunities!

The application for the 2025 fair is below.  Be sure to complete each section and enclose a photo of your booth/display. Please get your application in early as our demand exceeds the space we have available. Incomplete applications will not be processed or considered. 

We will continue to offer commercial vendors great rates for space inside our commercial building. The cost will be $550.00 for a 10×10 indoor inline and $650.00 for a 10×10 indoor corner.

Outdoor space is $725.00 for a 10×10 booth and there are no allocated corners (most spaces run consecutively). This provides an opportunity for more vendors to participate and create a fun shopping experience for our guests. For a complete list of rates, please refer to our “Vendor Fact Sheet”.

Remember that space is assigned on a “first come, first serve” basis based upon receipt of fees and required documentation, so complete your application early. With last year’s growth we had over 72,000 attendees, and foresee our vendor spaces selling out quickly.
