Dear New Levee Applicant:

Parking applications for a new, levee parking spot, for the Sacramento County Fair, can be submitted through the mail or online. If you have had a levee parking space in the past, but missed last year or the deadline for renewing, you are considered a new applicant. New applications will be time/date stamped and be placed on a waiting list.

We will begin the process of placing new applicants on Wednesday, April 1st. We suggest getting your application in early – levee spaces are assigned based on waiting list order. New applicants will be contacted in mid-April, once a spot has been assigned – At that point payment will be requested.

The vehicle measurement should be the full length of the vehicle – bumper to bumper, including trailer hitches, etc…If you arrive at the fair and your vehicle does not fit in your space, the vehicle will moved to the closest, available space in which it will fit.  Levee prices prior to, May 5th, 2026 are $150.00.

After May 4th, 2026, the price will increase to $175.00 and applications will only be accepted in person, at the Livestock Office, outside the livestock barns, beginning May 19th.

If you have any questions regarding the levee parking, please Julie Tank, at frontdesk@sacfair.com. Please make sure the application is 100% complete. There are no refunds for any levee parking.  The Fair reserves the right to change, cancel, or reject any application whether it is a new or renewal application.  In order to be considered for a Levee spot all, balances with the Fair must be paid in full.

LEVEE PASSES ARE NON TRANSFERABLE, the pass you receive is good for one vehicle and only the one vehicle with the above submitted information. Vehicles in a levee spot must match the space number and license plate number written on the assigned parking pass or may be ticketed or towed by Cal Expo police. SCF is not responsible for tow fees.

** Beginning April 1, new levee parking spaces will be assigned by waitlist order.

The permit is valid May 21st – May 25th, 2026
