Dairy Cattle and Poultry Show Cancellations

Under guidance from CDFA and State Veterinarian Dr. Anette Jones for the H5N1 ban, the Sacramento County Fair Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2025 Poultry and Dairy Cattle shows (this will not affect the egg show) at the upcoming County Fair. The Board looks forward to 2026 and returning with a full barn of animals for both the show and livestock auction.

2025 Levee Parking application

The levee parking waitlist is full and we are no longer accepting new applications.

Renewals:
2025 Levee Renewal applications have been emailed.

New Applicants:
New, levee parking applications for the Sacramento County Fair can be submitted through the mail or online. If you have had a levee parking space in the past, but missed last year or the deadline for renewing, you are considered a new applicant. Applications will be time/date stamped and be placed on a waiting list.

We will begin the process of placing new applicants on Monday, March 31st. We suggest getting your application in early – levee spaces are assigned based on waiting list order. New applicants will be contacted in April, once a spot has been assigned.

The vehicle measurement should be the full length of the vehicle – bumper to bumper, including trailer hitches, etc…If you arrive at the fair and your vehicle does not fit in your space, the vehicle will moved to the closest, available space in which it will fit.  Levee prices prior to, and including, May 12th, 2025 are $125.00.

After May 13th, 2025, the price will increase to $150.00 and applications will only be accepted in person, at the Livestock Office, outside the livestock barns.

If you have any questions regarding the levee parking, please Julie Tank, at frontdesk@sacfair.com Also, please make sure the application is 100% complete. There are no refunds for any levee parking.  The Fair reserves the right to change, cancel, or reject any application whether it is a new or renewal application.  In order to be considered for a Levee spot all, balances with the Fair must be paid in full.

LEVEE PASSES ARE NON TRANSFERABLE, the pass you receive is good for one vehicle and only the one vehicle with the above submitted information. Vehicles in a levee spot must match the space number and license plate number written on the assigned parking pass or may be ticketed or towed by Cal Expo police. SCF is not responsible for tow fees.

NOTE: Beginning April 1st, the Levee parking spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis, based on the size of the vehicle.

The permit is valid May 22nd – May 26th, 2025.
